"Meghan had been on me to get insurance for a while. I finally did when my neighbor had a burst pipe in February that caused damage to my apartment too. I claimed her "I told you so" and got a renter's policy and life insurance the next day 😆"

"Hate to say this but strongly don’t recommend Cameron Vance State Farm. Used to love dealing with them but after being loyal for years and never having any incidents or violations I continued to see surprise fees and rate increases for several months straight. Never got a clear explanation as to why I wasn’t being charged what I was quoted and it was always blamed on billing errors that the employees would literally tell me “they don’t know how to fix or why they happened” I’m sorry but that’s just unacceptable to me. Cameron was never available to call me back or even just address my concerns after weeks of trying to get answers. Not even just a couple minutes to hear about my experience, whether there was a solution or not. Going elsewhere from now on."

I know that even a few dollars is unacceptable when you’ve been quoted a rate, and I join her in passing on my regrets for our error. I did receive a message to call you late Friday afternoon, but between appointments and taking care of customers walking into the office, I wasn’t able to reach out before having to leave for the day. My morning Monday started with meeting with a widower for a life insurance claim before heading into other scheduled appointments, and by the time I was free you had already called to cancel your policies. It was relayed to me that you were through with State Farm and I didn’t want to annoy you with a call after the fact.
