"Cameron and Katie are so helpful! I have several different policies and even had a loss. My house burned. It was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I had to go into the office the day after it happened. I was a mess. They consoled me and truly seemed to understand my grief. I wasn't just a policy. Cameron and Katie all went above and beyond what I expected from an insurance company. They treat me like family. They are just a text or call away if I need them. "Well, today... I needed some special care and Katie was there for me in a big way, as I was getting pull over and did not have my copy of my Insurance. She took care of me over the phone and sent them right away. Otherwise, I have been with Vance/State Farm for about 5yrs now and at the time I signed with them and still today, my rates are the lowest possible and I couldn't be happier about that.
