"I always work with Katie unless she is not in the office. First off everyone in the office have been very easy and a pleasure to deal with but Katie has always went above and beyond what is required of people and helped me when I could not get things fixed or answered from the main office or the claims department. It is not always just dealing with an issue or anything to do with insurance she always makes sure i am doing ok with life itself and that means more than anything. People like her do not exist anymore. She is the best asset the office has and with her personality and knowledge her customers will always be there and they will tell others about her and that office. "My husband was hit by another driver causing his car to be totaled. The other driver’s insurance are didn’t have the full policy number. Katie helped find the information needed, contacted the claims office (who hadn’t been able to help us), and provided them with the information to proceed with the claim against the other driver’s insurance policy (which was also State Farm). She helped so much in a very trying situation. And she has been wry helpful with getting the replacement vehicle covered under a good rate. Katie is awesome and Cameron Vance’s office has always treated us well."
